Oral Presentation Guidelines:

ORAL talks are 15 minutes in length, with nominally 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes for questions.

INVITED talks are 30 minutes in length, with nominally 25 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

The presentation room will be equipped with a standard LCD projector, screen, microphone, PC computer. We advise you to use the LCD projector with the provided computer for your presentation. Your talk must be loaded the night before. Please note that PowerPoint is the recommended presentation software. The projector is expected to be only compatible with PC's.

Poster Presentation  Guidelines:

POSTER presenters are requested to be present at (or near) their poster during the times scheduled for poster viewing. Your poster presentation should be no larger than 1m x 1.2m. The board and tacks will be provided onsite for poster hanging.
